Start with measurements, photos or an existing object. Tell us about fit, appearance and what the part needs to do.
Request design help
Metal coatings for compatible parts and prepared 3D prints. We review the base material, preparation and desired finish with you.
Discuss a metal finish
Logos, lettering and custom graphics on wood and metals. Share the material and surface finish so we can confirm compatibility and the result.
Request laser engravingCustom orthoses and splints using soft TPU options with supplier ISO 10993 documentation.
Discuss an orthosis or splint →Prototypes, fixtures, brackets, housings, and custom-fit automotive components.
Request an automotive part →Recreate discontinued or custom-fit parts from measurements, photos, or a physical object.
Request a replacement or reproduction →Functional or decorative metal surfaces for conductive parts and prepared 3D prints.
Discuss a metal finish →How it works

One example of our CAD-to-print service: a custom phone case. We design and manufacture parts around each project-not a fixed product catalog.

We measured the phone, reconstructed its geometry in CAD and designed the case around the customer's requirements. Then we printed it in transparent TPU 95A.
The manufactured part has a translucent finish, shown in the photograph.

About Axonas3D
We serve individual makers, product teams, and specialized industries across the El Paso-Ciudad Juárez borderplex. Estimate standard prints online, then coordinate payment, production, and delivery directly with our team.
Exact tolerances, assemblies, metal finishing, biomedical work, replacement-part recreation, and new 3D models receive direct technical review before production.
You do not need to know the manufacturing process. Start with what your project needs.
For an automatic estimate, upload an STL or OBJ. For design, finishing or engraving, describe the project and include approximate measurements and reference photos. Tell us the base material and surface for engraving or metal finishing.
Compatible 3D files receive an estimate based on your configuration. Design, specialized materials, finishes and engraving receive a manual quote. We confirm feasibility, price and timing before production.
No. Sending a request does not charge you. Payment and delivery are coordinated with you after review.
Tell us how the part will be used: flexibility, outdoor exposure, appearance or fit. We can help you choose.
