Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, optional telephone number, Quote ID, and communications; commercial and project information such as selected material, color, dimensions, quantity, finish, price, and order status; customer content such as STL model files, photographs, notes, and design descriptions; and limited technical and security data such as IP address, browser-generated request information, bot-verification results, timestamps, and upload activity.

We collect this information directly from you and automatically from your browser when necessary to operate and protect the service. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, medical records, government identification, passwords, export-controlled technical data, or other information we have not requested.

How we use information

We use information to analyze files and manufacturability; calculate, save, update, and administer quotes; communicate with you; provide customer service; prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents; comply with law; keep appropriate business and accounting records; and manufacture an order after acceptance and payment. We do not use uploaded designs to train public artificial-intelligence models.

How we disclose information

We may provide information to service providers that perform hosting, private file storage, database, bot protection, email delivery, communications, payment, accounting, or shipping functions for us; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; to authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; and to a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are subject to their own terms and safeguards.

Axonas3D does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal data to infer characteristics about customers.

File and record retention

Submitted requests, contact details, specifications, uploaded files, messages and revision history remain in restricted storage while the request is active. Seven days after an administrator marks a request completed, abandoned or test, it moves to Trash. Any request in Trash is scheduled for permanent deletion from our active portal database and file storage after 48 hours, unless restored first. Restoring a closed request restarts its seven-day period. These rules apply to requests with or without uploaded files. Unsubmitted completed uploads expire after seven days; incomplete multipart uploads are aborted after one day. Scheduled cleanup can be delayed by a service outage and is retried. Historical closed requests without a recorded closure date require review rather than an assumed date.

Deletion from the portal does not recall delivered emails or immediately erase provider backups. Those copies remain subject to the mailbox or provider retention process. Security event records are cleaned after 30 days. Required accounting documents must be handled separately from the operational portal; Trash is not an accounting archive. Cookies and local browser storage

If you accept analytics cookies on our public website, Google Analytics measures visits and usage to help improve the service. This is optional and separate from submitting a quote. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Use the Cookies button to accept or decline. Declining blocks loading Analytics; withdrawing consent disables further collection and expires accessible Google Analytics cookies in this browser. It does not automatically erase information previously received by Google. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 90 days without renewal on each visit. Development previews and the administration portal do not load Analytics. The estimator may use browser storage to remember language, theme, an unfinished local project draft, and a recent Quote ID. Contact fields are not saved in the project draft; a recent submission reference may still contain the email and file name needed to match updates. Expired drafts are cleared when the estimator is opened after seven days. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to distinguish people from automated abuse. We do not currently use the estimator to serve targeted advertising. You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may remove an unfinished draft.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including restricted storage, expiring upload authorization, file-type and size controls, bot verification, rate limiting, and transport encryption. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information was submitted or accessed improperly, contact us promptly.

Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a quote, object to processing, withdraw optional consent, or appeal a denied privacy request, by contacting us and providing enough information to verify the request. We may retain information when required or permitted for an accepted transaction, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting, or another lawful purpose. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. An authorized agent may submit a request when applicable law permits it and we can verify the authorization.

Children

This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before or when they take effect.

To ask a privacy question or submit a request, contact quotes@axonas3d.com. Please include the relevant Quote ID when available, but do not email sensitive information we did not request.
