Quotation and manufacturing conditions
Quote and service terms
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you request a quote, submit a file, approve an order, or purchase custom manufacturing services from Axonas3D Manufacturing (“Axonas3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the acceptance box and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Quote, price, and order acceptance
The price displayed by the estimator is a preliminary estimate, subject to human review, for the file, scale, material, quantity, finish, and other options submitted. Taxes, shipping, duties, design work, and services identified as excluded are added separately when applicable. A submitted request is not an accepted order and does not obligate Axonas3D to manufacture a part. An order is accepted only when Axonas3D confirms acceptance in writing and any required payment is received.
Before acceptance, Axonas3D may correct or revise a displayed price when the file, geometry, units, requested specifications, selected process, finishing requirements, quantity, shipping information, or a calculation or technical error makes it inaccurate. We will disclose the revised price before production, and you may decline it. A written, order-specific quote controls over a conflicting website estimate.
2. Customer files, authority, and prohibited work
You represent that you own each submitted file or have all permissions necessary for Axonas3D to review, reproduce, modify for manufacturing, and manufacture it. You retain ownership of your file and grant us only the limited permission needed to quote, communicate about, and fulfill an accepted order.
You may not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or intended to create a prohibited weapon or other item that Axonas3D reasonably determines it cannot lawfully or safely manufacture. You are responsible for the design, dimensions, fit, intended use, and legal use of every part. Axonas3D may reject any request at its discretion and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
3. Manufacturability and customer approval
Automated analysis cannot certify every feature. Orientation, supports, tolerances, shrinkage, wall thickness, drainage, trapped resin, assembly, surface finish, color, and material behavior may require clarification or reasonable production adjustments. Renderings and color previews are approximations. Unless a signed specification says otherwise, additive-manufactured parts may show layer lines, support marks, small dimensional variation, and minor cosmetic differences.
You must review the file name, dimensions, scale, quantity, material, color, finish, shipping information, and written quote before approval. Axonas3D is not responsible for an error contained in a customer-supplied design or for specifications that the customer approved.
4. Safety-critical and regulated uses
Unless Axonas3D expressly agrees in a separate signed writing, parts are not certified for medical, implantable, food-contact, aviation, aerospace, automotive safety, pressure-containing, electrical-safety, fire-safety, life-support, personal-protective, structural, or other safety-critical or regulated uses. The customer is solely responsible for engineering review, testing, certification, warnings, and determining fitness for the intended application.
5. Payment, changes, cancellation, and delivery
Payment terms, shipping charges, production timing, and any deposit are stated in the accepted quote or invoice. The website does not calculate an arrival date. Before accepting an order, we coordinate production, dispatch or personal handoff, and any carrier transit estimate in writing. Machine-time estimates are not delivery commitments. Customer changes after acceptance may change the price and schedule. Custom production may begin promptly after acceptance; cancellation, refund, remake, and return rights are therefore governed by the accepted written quote and applicable law.
If a delay affects an accepted order, we will communicate the revised timing and any consent, cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Carrier or production disruptions do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
6. Inspection and limited remedy
Inspect delivered parts promptly. Notify Axonas3D in writing of any manufacturing defect or material mismatch as soon as reasonably possible after discovery and preserve the part for review. This request does not shorten statutory claim periods. If Axonas3D confirms that a part materially fails to match the accepted written specifications because of our manufacturing error, our obligation, at our option and to the extent permitted by law, is to reprint, repair, or refund the amount paid for the affected part. This remedy does not cover customer design errors, misuse, normal additive-manufacturing variation, ordinary wear, unauthorized modification, or damage after delivery.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for the limited remedy above and any rights that cannot legally be excluded, services and parts are provided without other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonas3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of use, or third-party claims arising from a part or service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonas3D’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the affected part or service.
Nothing in these terms waives a right or remedy that applicable consumer law does not permit the parties to waive.
8. Customer indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Axonas3D and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your file’s alleged infringement, your unlawful instructions, or your use, resale, incorporation, or modification of a part, except to the extent caused by Axonas3D’s own unlawful conduct or manufacturing error.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and each transaction are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in El Paso County, Texas. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a qualifying small-claims court.
10. General terms, language, and contact
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. The accepted quote, invoice, these terms, and any signed specifications form the agreement for the order; an order-specific signed document controls if there is a conflict. We may update these website terms prospectively, but the version accepted with a submitted request governs that request.
English and Spanish versions are intended to communicate the same terms. If an inconsistency remains after reasonable interpretation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Questions and legal notices may be sent to quotes@axonas3d.com.
